With easy access to both the M25 and M3, we are ideally positioned for conferences / corporate events in Surrey and, as our car park can accommodate 200 cars, there is no need to worry about parking. The Montgomerie Suite on the 1st floor has lift access, is fully air-conditioned, has its own bar and can accommodate up to 140 delegates theatre style. Other room arrangements can, of course, be accommodated.
By discussing your catering arrangements with our Clubhouse Manager, we can tailor the day to your budget from tea/coffee and biscuits to a full three course meal.
Of course you may have a small number of delegates and do not require the space that the Montgomerie Suite can offer in which case our Conference Room can seat twelve people in boardroom style format.
